Solution
Case Video
We implemented an automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine that precisely applies shrink sleeve labels to the Vial bottles. The system is designed with high-precision label placement, ensuring each bottle is perfectly labeled without wrinkles or misalignment. Our system was customized to accommodate the unique shape of Vial bottles, including their small necks and cylindrical bodies, ensuring labels fit snugly and securely.
After the bottles are labeled, they enter the heat shrink tunnel, where hot air is applied to shrink the sleeve labels tightly around the bottle. The heat shrink tunnel is equipped with a precise temperature control system, which adjusts the heat and timing based on the label material and bottle type, ensuring optimal shrinkage without damaging the product inside. The result is a smooth, seamless finish with labels tightly adhered, providing an attractive appearance and added protection to the vial.
Throughout the packaging process, an automated quality control system checks the label alignment, placement, and bottle condition. If any discrepancies are detected, the system automatically halts the process to avoid errors and waste, ensuring each vial is perfectly packaged.

The automated system significantly boosted the production speed, resulting in a 30% increase in throughput and enabling the customer to meet high-volume demand.
The shrink sleeve labeling system provided a 360° full-wrap label, enhancing the product’s shelf appeal and ensuring all regulatory and branding information was clearly displayed.
The packaging solution adhered to GMP guidelines, ensuring that the biopharmaceutical products were packaged safely and securely.
The automation minimized human error, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish on each vial, while reducing the risk of label misplacement or damage.
05
The customer was extremely satisfied with the custom shrink sleeve labeling and heat shrink tunnel packaging solution. The packaging process became more efficient, and the final product had an enhanced, professional appearance that aligns with the high standards required in the biopharmaceutical industry. The solution helped ensure that the company’s products remained safe, compliant, and visually appealing in a competitive market.
